Dissolving the cage 2: Threading the needle

Another workshop or series about holding the masculine and the feminine? Promises that we can move beyond gender? Really? Five sessions for women co-led by 2 wild, intrepid and, at times, crazy-foolish men—who think they may have something of value to offer and are willing to invite such a container for 12 courageous women?

This series of workshops is directed towards the “whole” while standing firmly in the polarity. Our starting point is that differences “represent” potential energy. We want to see, feel and discover levers for change. Yearning for the whole. Beyond knowing, because we cannot be truly curious about what we already know.

What becomes possible when we (re-)learn to dance with the primordial forces? Here. Now. With no end in mind. What capacity allows us to move? Sensually, rhythmically, erotically, intimately, responsibly?

This is a sustained, digital exploration of the masculine and feminine that started almost 2 years ago between Eric and Amit. Moving through explorations of the sacred masculine with a group of women, two cohorts of congregating with groups of men and 100s of hours of explorations, conversations, sharing writing, caring, reading, grieving, feeling, sensemaking and discovering together.

In fact, we’re sensing that the exploration that’s emerging is no longer about the masculine and the feminine. Except that it is. It seems to be about being willing to concede: we’re lost. To accept: we're grieving. It is also about anger, sadness, shame, as well as joy. It seems to be about removing our protective shoes, and being able to dance barefoot at the edge. Dancing in-between. Dancing to be together with life.

We hypothesize that this time we’re in finds us at the end of a world, or perhaps between worlds; this time is asking us to learn. Not grandiose learning in order to… rather learning to stop, serve & surrender. Can we re-learn devotion, or perhaps faith? What can the nooks or cracks, the centerless space, or ongoing mysteries teach us if we let them dynamically shape us, without our knowing in advance?

The invitation here is simply to come together. To explore beyond rational knowing and clever frameworks.

Join us in looking beyond. 4 x 2 hour sessions online in October + 2h integration session in Nov. These will be embodied and dialogue focused, sense-full, sensual, intimate. They will not be in order to… anything; they simply are, because we are. In service—to life.

Cost: 20€/per session or 60€ the full program. (Women). 20€ last session (men)
